Forklift Driver

Holt Engineering are recruiting for a permanent Forklift Driver to work within a busy team in a company where you are valued.

This is a globally recognised business, and you will be working across their large yard receiving deliveries and moving goods to the correct units for production or dispatch.

You will be working with a wide range of products, ranging in size and weight. This position will offer you a lot of variety based on the changing projects you will be working on!

This role is paying up to £13.00ph DOE and is working Monday to Friday on a day shift at a manufacturing company based in Christchurch.

This is a permanent contract with the opportunity to start immediately!

Main responsibilities for the successful Forklift Driver:

1. Unloading of heavy goods
2. Operation of counterbalance forklift in order to transport goods
3. Completion of paperwork regarding goods out
4. Support in other areas of the company when required
5. Paletising and labelling
6. Keeping the work area clean and tidy

To be considered for this Forklift Driver role you must:

1. Previous experience working within a yard environment
2. Counterbalance Forklift License
3. Confident using forklift to move large stock
4. Passion for hard work
5. Ability to work quickly and efficiently
6. Team mentality
