Forklift Counterbalance Driver

We are looking for experienced Forklift Counterbalance Drivers to join our client's team in Bedford. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Forklift Counterbalance Truck to move, stack, and transport goods.

• Load and unload deliveries efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Working Hours:

• 9 AM - 6 PM (initially)

• Will transition to a 6 AM - 3 PM shift in the coming weeks.

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Counterbalance License (RTITB or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of counterbalance forklift experience.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
