Title: Forensic Planner/Delay Analyst

Location: Sheffield, Leeds, or Warrington, UK (with occasional travel to other offices)

Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Forensic Planner/Delay Analyst to join an expanding team. You will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting forensic planning and delay analysis on complex construction projects.
  2. Preparing expert reports and providing expert witness testimony.
  3. Advising clients on contractual and commercial matters related to delays and disruptions.
  4. Working closely with our team of experts to develop effective strategies for resolving disputes.
  5. Actively participating in our unique in-house knowledge-sharing and coaching programs.
  6. Coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in forensic planning and delay analysis.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and NEC).
  3. Experience in adjudication and expert witness proceedings.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. A relevant degree in a construction-related field.
