Apollo Solutions are recruiting for a Director of Forensic Accounting specializing in disputes; experienced in business development, and giving expert testimony.

My clients is a global leader in forensic accounting and risk management services. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Forensic Accounting to join and lead their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee forensic accounting investigations related to business disputes, fraud, and financial misconduct.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand their client base and market presence.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, offering clear and compelling evidence based on thorough financial analysis.
• Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and accurate financial insights.
• Mentor and manage a team of forensic accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in forensic accounting and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a related professional qualification (CPA, CFE, ACA, ACCA or other relevant certifications preferred).
• Extensive experience in forensic accounting, with a strong focus on business disputes and litigation support.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
