Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Foreman to lead a long-term utilities project in Central London, focusing on deep drainage construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilities and construction, with proven leadership skills to manage site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  3. Manage and supervise site personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  4. Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections.
  5. Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget constraints.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  1. NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor Certification: Valid and in-date.
  2. CSCS Card: Gold or Black, valid and in-date.
  3. Temporary Works Supervisor Ticket: Valid and in-date.
  4. First Aid Certification: Valid and in-date.
  5. Experience: Proven track record in deep drainage and utilities construction projects.
  6. Availability: Ready to commence work on Monday.
