Your Role:

1. Supervising lifting operations to ensure safety and efficiency
2. Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations and lifting procedures
3. Coordinating with site teams to maintain smooth operations
4. Supporting general site activities when required
5. Leading and managing a team effectively to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

1. Valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS
2. Lifting Supervision experience
3. Full UK Driving Licence (required)
4. Proven experience as a Foreman in construction and lifting operations
5. Strong understanding of health & safety protocols
6. Right to work in the UK
