Foreman

Keyman Personnel, a specialist white-collar recruitment business, is recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering subcontractor. Our client is seeking an experienced Foreman on a contract basis, offering a competitive rate of 290 per day.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Liaise with site management, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred).
• Black CSCS Card (essential).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience working on civil engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
