Foreman

Eleven Eleven recruitment are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for work in Chelmsford, Essex.

This role will commence Monday 31st March and will be over 18 months work for the right person working on a commercial site.

Our client, a well-known groundworks sub-contractor, is seeking an experienced Foreman for their site in Chelmsford. It is preferable the successful candidate has experience working on Commercial sites.

This is an ongoing role for the right person of around 18 months with a temp-perm offered & a Van.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CSCS
2. SSSTS
3. PPE
4. First Aid
5. Driving License

Payments:

1. £240 - £250 per day CIS
2. Weekly pay based on 8 hours per day working 07:30 - 16:30
3. Payments made weekly

About the role:

1. Working on site as a foreman
2. Operate safe working on site
3. Managing operatives
4. Ensure completions of work are carried out on time and within budget
5. Equipment and material management
6. Maintaining key relationships with the client
7. Managing teams of Ground Workers on a Commercial build.
