Foreman

I am working alongside a civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to an ongoing civils scheme being delivered in the West Midlands. The scope of works will include earthworks, drainage and associated civils.

Foreman Responsibilities:

1. Working alongside and reporting to the Project manager.
2. Managing plant, labour and materials.
3. Tool box talks.
4. Record keeping.
5. Allocation sheets.
6. Site supervision.
7. Managing health and safety compliance.
8. Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.

Foreman Requirements:

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
3. CSCS.
4. SSSTS/ SMSTS.
5. First aid.
6. IT literate.
7. Experience with earthworks and civils.
8. Full UK driving licence.
