Our currency exchange operations are strictly cash-based, dealing exclusively with physical currency transactions. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled FX Dealer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Currency Exchange Transactions: Execute foreign exchange transactions across 50 currencies, ensuring accurate and competitive rates.
2. Rate Setups: Manage and set exchange rates for transactions in line with market conditions and company strategy.
3. Portfolio Management: Oversee and monitor FX exposures within Fast Credit UK funds and client portfolios, ensuring all positions are managed effectively.
4. Sales & Client Relations: Research prospective clients, make introductory calls to new corporate clients, and build a sales pipeline while ensuring all targets are met.
5. Risk Management: Perform currency operations with resident and non-resident banks, including repo transactions and interbank loan issuance and attraction transactions.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitors’ pricing strategies, and develop approaches to outperform them.
7. Competitive Strategy: Identify opportunities to enhance Fast Credit UK's FX offerings and implement strategies to gain a competitive edge.
8. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and maintain a high standard of customer service, prioritizing client interests.

Position Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in currency exchange, rate setups, or FX trading within a financial services environment.
2. Skills: Solid knowledge of FX products, trading platforms, and risk management. Familiarity with financial models and market analysis.
3. Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external clients. Ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
4. Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
5. Industry Awareness: Strong interest in global economic trends and FX movements, understanding their impact on client financial performance.
