Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A leading Hard FM contractor currently has a key requirement for a Foot mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer for commercial offices in London. Covering general M&E tasks and other reactive work across multiple sites in Central London.

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + Travel package (reimbursed monthly through expenses) + Holiday + Benefits

As a Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Service and maintenance of BMS front end systems.
2. Carrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
3. Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
4. Working on multiple sites in Central London.
5. Adhering to SFG20 regime.

Requirements for the Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

1. Experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
2. Fault finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
3. Client-facing experience with strong relationship building skills.
4. Ability to commute easily to Central London.
5. An electrical background.
