THE QUALITY SYSTEMS COORDINATOR ROLE:
- To maintain, improve and implement the quality, traceability and food safety systems.
- Play a crucial role in product safety, compliance and supplier approval.
- Support the sustainability strategy of the company.
- Carry out traceability and mass balances exercises as needed.
- To develop a trending system for key quality parameters, so production staff can react immediately to non-conformances.
- To maintain raw material, IP and packaging information, specifications and risk assessments.
- Carry out and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Manage the customer complaints log and complete an investigation report.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:
- High level of analytical skill.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Min 3 years' experience working in a quality, technical or food safety supervisory role in the food manufacturing sector.
- Trained in food safety level 3.
- Good understanding of quality systems and product compliance within a food manufacturing environment.
