THE QUALITY SYSTEMS COORDINATOR ROLE:

1. Maintain, improve and implement the quality, traceability and food safety systems.
2. Play a crucial role in product safety, compliance and supplier approval.
3. Support the sustainability strategy of the company.
4. Carry out traceability and mass balances exercises as needed.
5. Develop a trending system for key quality parameters, so production staff can react immediately to non-conformances.
6. Maintain raw material, IP and packaging information, specifications and risk assessments.
7. Carry out and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
8. Manage the customer complaints log and complete an investigation report.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

1. High level of analytical skill.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Min 3 years' experience working in a quality, technical or food safety supervisory role in the food manufacturing sector.
4. Trained in food safety level 3.
5. Good understanding of quality systems and product compliance within a food manufacturing environment.
