Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a market-leading FMCG global manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Food Technologist Assistant to join them. You will be providing administration and scientific analysis support to the Technical Team, including Process Technologists, Technical Managers, NPD, and Quality Assurance Auditors:

• Coordinating all documentation related to technical issues with products, and highlighting these reports to Process Technologists & Management Team
• Attending and contributing to NPD and Technical meetings weekly
• Collating production samples and recording findings on the internal database
• Being a key coordinator in product trials, liaising with production to ensure timing matches all required diaries, recording, and distributing results
• Working closely with the Technical Team, supporting projects, maintaining and updating project documentation, and circulating internally

We expect the successful Food Technologist Assistant to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Food Science practices, be an excellent communicator, and have a friendly, confident manner, with the ability to educate others. You will be supported one-on-one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
