Job Description
Our client has an ongoing requirement for a Food Safety Inspector to carry out 30 inspections per month of Unrated, new food businesses. The contract will run from April to end of March 2026.
You will carry out a hygiene and standards inspection, under the Food Standards Delivery Model. You will complete the inspection report and return paperwork to our client for inputting by their in-house team.
The work programme is flexible, so you can work around other jobs.
To apply for this contract you will need to be Food Competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice; we will need evidence of this.
The work is based in the West Midlands.
The work will be paid on a per inspection basis of £56 per Cat C and £54 per Cat D.
