Requirements:

• No specific educational qualifications required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous.
• A hard-working attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Operate and maintain machinery used in the salad production process.
• Feed raw materials such as vegetables and fruits into production machinery.
• Monitor the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform basic quality checks on salad products post-production.
• Pack finished salad products ensuring they are ready for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the production area.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Skills:

• Manual dexterity and the ability to work quickly.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Shift times:

• Day shift: 6 am - 4 pm
• Evening shift: 4 pm - 2 am

Pay rates:

• Day shift: 12.72 - 15.90
• Evening shift: 13.63 - 17.09
