This role requires someone with a deep understanding of food processing and accreditations, such as SALSA and MSC. You will manage a small team of operatives while ensuring production efficiency during the entirety of each shift.

Duties of a Food Production Manager:

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a small team of food production operatives.
• Staying on the production floor for the duration of each shift.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and accreditation standards (e.g., SALSA, MSC).
• Supporting operational goals during peak times.
