We are looking for a Food Laboratory Customer Care Assistant Executive for Intertek Turkey office Food Laboratory team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Molecular Biology Genetics departments of universities
• Preferably with min 1 year experience
• Strong human relations and communication skills
• Customer-oriented
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Strong sense of work follow-up and responsibility
• Prone to teamwork and team spirit
• Planning and organizational skills
• English speaking
• Not related to military service (For male candidates)
• Residing on the European side of Istanbul

Job Responsibilities

• Within Food Laboratory Customer Service;
• To discuss the test requests of its own customers; to make negotiations regarding annual analysis plans
• Ensuring the execution of operations such as sample delivery to the laboratory, analysis details, transmission of reports to the customer, customer complaints, etc.
• We are looking for a teammate who will work on the follow-up of samples from domestic and foreign laboratories, making business records and sending reports.
• Will be able to provide science-oriented customer experience.
