Food & Beverage Assistant

North Downs Golf Club is seeking a food and Beverage assistant. The role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
• Providing information and assistance to customers in person or on the phone
• Fun and outgoing personality
• Great customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings
• Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables, cashing up, and generally following the company procedures
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas

• A passion for excellent customer service
• Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of and passion for sports and related products/services
• 18+ is preferred due to alcohol sales throughout the venue
