A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specialising in providing full HVAC maintenance support, are looking for a bubbly FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Leader to work within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality to be based near Aylesbury supporting the Helpdesk Manager, scheduling PPM's and reactive works for the engineers, Purchase orders, sales invoices, job sheets, works orders, WIP, updating asset management system: In house system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Based in an office near Aylesbury, working within a small team.
• Performing a wide variety of contract administration duties and producing reports for Client meetings.
• Managing the data entry onto their CAFM system, E-Works (soon to be changing to Job Logic).
• Using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Assisting the contracts manager with all administration duties by being proactive in their approach.
• Communicating with engineers and clients on booking and following up reactive works, ensuring that the in-house system is up to date as well as scheduling PPM's.

Compensation:

FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Leader will be paid 28,000 - 30,000 basic + 23 days holiday plus bank holidays + package.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in working within a facilities maintenance team.
• Experience in maintenance contracts administration within M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance.
• Must live within commuting distance to Aylesbury.
• Experience with E-Works or Job Logic system would be an advantage.
