Job Opportunity: FLT Side Loader / Labourer

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Side Loader / Labourer for our client based in Northwich.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a solid background in steel or workshop environments, who holds a valid Side Loader licence and is confident handling large, heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating a Side Loader FLT to move and handle steel and large fabricated materials
2. Assisting with general labouring and workshop support duties
3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
4. Supporting the team to ensure efficient and safe day-to-day operations
5. Following all on-site health & safety procedures

1. Previous experience in a steel fabrication or workshop setting
2. In-date Side Loader licence (essential)
3. Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
