The most essential requirement is a valid forklift license for the specific type of truck being used (e.g., counterbalance, reach, VNA).
Attention to detail is critical when handling different types of goods to ensure safe and accurate stacking, loading, and unloading.
Applicants must also be able to follow instructions accurately, report defects or hazards, and coordinate with others during loading or dispatch tasks.
