Job Vacancy: FLT Counterbalance Operative – Bird Seed Manufacturing

Location: Keelby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: £12.65 per hour

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable FLT Counterbalance Operative to join our busy bird seed manufacturing site in Keelby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift truck (counterbalance) to move and stack products.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including heavy lifting as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid FLT counterbalance license (essential).
• Experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and heavy lifting.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
