FLT Counterbalance Driver B2

We have an opportunity for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver (B2) to join our client based in Alfreton. Our client is a successful buildings and construction business looking to add to their team.

Start Times / Shift Patterns

1. Monday to Friday
2. 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm
3. Overtime payable after 40 hours weekly or Saturdays at x1.5

As a successful FLT Counterbalance Driver (B2) you will:

1. Have previous FLT experience in a construction, manufacturing or production environment
2. Hold a current ITSAR or RTITB FLT Counterbalance B2 license
3. Be able to work the above shift pattern and start times
4. Want long term stable work

Your duties as an FLT Counterbalance Driver will include:

1. Moving stock between manufacturing and store areas
2. Transport raw materials to the manufacturing plant
3. Ensure H&S is followed at all times
4. Ensuring each load is counterbalanced correctly due to abnormal load distribution
5. Work as part of a team to ensure all work stacks are completed

You will receive:

1. STD £12.50 to £14 per hour - Rising to £15+ based on performance
2. Overtime after 40 hours or Saturday's at x1.5
