Floor Supervisor

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our store team in Westlode, Spalding!

This is a permanent, part time role, working 30 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!

You will also:

2. Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriate behaviours in the checkout area and on the sales floor!
3. Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge
4. Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers
5. Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
6. Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
7. Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
8. Protect and safeguard the Company assets

It is essential that you have the following:

1. Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment
2. A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
3. The ability to think on your feet
