An established industry player is seeking a skilled floor layer to join their team in Chester. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including mixing and laying latex screed, applying damp proof membranes, and laying various types of floor coverings, including domestic carpets and LVT planks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a CSCS certification being a plus. Must have experience in a similar role.
CSCS desirable but not essential.

Mix and lay latex screed and apply damp proof membranes.
Uplift all floor coverings and lay domestic carpets.
Fit stair nosings and entrance matting.

Experience in floor laying

CSCS certification

CPR Recruitment are looking for a floor layer in Chester.

Requirements:

Must have experience in a similar role.
CSCS desirable but not essential.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Mix and lay latex screed.
Apply damp proof membranes.
Uplift all floor coverings.
Lay domestic carpets and underlay.
Lay LVT planks/tiles, lay commercial carpet tiles/cushion vinyl/safety vinyl, and fit coveform skirting.
Fit stair nosings/entrance matting.
