An established industry player is seeking skilled Floor Layers to join their expanding team in Chelmsford. This role involves liaising with clients and laying laminate and other flooring types to the highest standards. You will be working primarily in social housing contracts, requiring experience in Cap and Cove/wet rooms. With a focus on safety and compliance, you will ensure all work is performed diligently. Job description
We are recruiting for experienced Floor Layers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.
You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and their employees, working within Chelmsford and parts of East London completing laminate flooring among other types to the highest standard.
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner & comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- To understand & comply with policies and procedures.
- Lay laminate and other types of flooring.
- Social housing contract, experience in Cap and Cove/wet rooms essential.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
Pay: £200 per day (CIS)
Van and tools required.
- Experienced in floor laying.
- General multi trade knowledge.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures in this high-risk roofing environment.
