About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Floating Support worker to join our dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Deaf individuals in varying situations, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your work will involve close collaboration with clients in their homes and community, offering guidance and emotional support to address a range of needs, including housing, tenancies, utilities, budgeting, bill paying, debt, and benefits. As a Floating Support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those in your support, guiding them towards achieving their personal outcomes and fostering a sense of self-sufficiency. You will also work to empower clients, encouraging them to take an active role in their support. The role requires flexibility and adaptability as you will work with a variety of clients across different locations.
