About the School:

• Supports students aged 3-19 with Special Educational Needs
• Small class sizes (maximum 10 students) with high staff-to-pupil ratios
• Focus on inclusive, empowering, and child-centred education
• Hands-on learning, including sensory and practical activities

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with personal and educational development
• Assisting teachers inside and outside the classroom with interactive learning
• Promoting positive mental attitudes and independence in students
• Engaging in sensory activities to make learning fun and impactful
• Full training provided – no prior experience necessary!

What You Need to Apply:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (We can help you apply!)
• Education Workforce Council (EWC) Registration (We can assist with this too!)
• Ability to travel to Ystrad Mynach between 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Two references from previous employers or relevant experience
• A positive attitude & willingness to support young learners
