Fleet Manager

MSL Global is a trusted partner for Toyota GB and Lexus UK, managing their Press Media Fleet Loan Service from the Media Experience Centre in Crawley.

We’re seeking a highly organised Fleet Manager to deliver a seamless, professional experience for our client's media and press throughout the entire fleet loan journey.

In this role, you'll oversee vehicle bookings and logistics, ensuring that every step - from initial booking to vehicle return is smooth and efficient. You’ll also manage vehicle preparation, handle media enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standard of service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage press fleet bookings and coordinate vehicle allocation for journalists, influencers, and media professionals.
• Oversee vehicle preparation and ensure cars are in pristine condition for media use.
• Handle logistics, including liaising with suppliers for vehicle deliveries and collections across the UK.
• Be the primary point of contact for media enquiries related to fleet loans.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, availability, and servicing.

About You

• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or event operations is essential, automotive or media industry preferred.
• Proficient in fleet management software and IT systems to maintain accurate records and effectively track bookings.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide an outstanding experience for our client's media and press.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence required and the ability to commute to our site in Crawley.
