Job Description
  • Outbound lead qualification & registration
  • Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Understanding the customer requirements, ability to give product advice
  • Advising customers on the best services available
  • Build rapport with the customers
  • Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data.
  • Contributing to the overall performance of the team
  • Deliver and maintain both individual and team targets
Qualifications
  • Experience of the automotive industry ideally related to parts, products and product catalogues
  • A passion for delivering first class customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
  • Proven record of providing internal and external customer service
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Team Player
  • Technically savvy – a good understanding of the internet and smart phones and applications would be an advantage
  • IT literate and good PC skills
  • The commitment to work towards individual and team goals

  • Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600 or 0900 - 1700
