Salary: £16.53 per hour

Shift Hours:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Note: Weekly rotating shifts, Monday to Friday.

Your Role as a Maintenance Technician:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, conducting preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain high operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance issues.
  • Work as part of a team to improve production reliability and performance.
What We’re Looking for in a Maintenance Technician:
  • Qualification: Level 2 or above in Motor Vehicle (Essential).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
  • Team Player: A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
