Fitness Instructor, Liskeard

Fitness Instructors are Inspirers, leaders, and excellent communicators. A Fitness Instructor applying for this role will be approachable, dynamic and have copious amounts of energy. Strong communication skills, the ability to adapt and to lead by example are key aspects of the Fitness Instructor.

What you’ll do:

• This is a part time position for 17 hours per week.
• Motivate and inspire all customers.
• Adapt, progress and regress where required for all ages and levels.
• Advise on bespoke programmes so that customers can achieve their goals where required.
• Ensure all customer expectations are exceeded.
• Ensure the gym is kept at the highest possible cleaning standards at all times.

What you need:

• Recognised Fitness Instructor Qualification.
• A real focus on customer service.
• Commitment and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of health and safety.
• Be a great team player.
