Fitness Instructor

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Fitness Instructor to join South and City College Birmingham. In this role, you will provide exceptional fitness supervision, personal training, and wellness support to members of our Fitness Centre. You'll engage with members, offer tailored exercise programs, and ensure the safe and effective use of all gym equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct health screenings, fitness assessments, and develop personalized exercise programs.
2. Supervise gym activity, providing advice and guidance on exercise techniques.
3. Assist in promoting fitness activities and wellness programs within the college.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
2. Experience in a fitness or gym environment
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
