Sodexo is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Fitness Instructor in Cambridge, CB2 0BA to inspire our teams! Kick-start your career with us!

What you’ll do:

1. Lead engaging group fitness classes
2. Provide personalised fitness coaching to clients, tailoring programmes to meet their unique needs
3. Create and maintain a motivating and supportive environment
4. Demonstrate exercise and ensure proper techniques are used
5. Assist in planning, promoting and executing fitness programmes and events
6. Track client progress and provide feedback
7. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and incorporate new techniques into your class

What you bring:

1. Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer
2. A friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality that can motivate and inspire others
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work with all fitness levels

Package Description:

Fitness Instructor

• 5 out of 7 days, 8 hour shifts
• 40 Hours per week
• £13.16 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
