We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Fitness Instructor to inspire, guide, and empower clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals in our state-of-the-art facility.

Job Overview:

• Engage with the local community on all matters pertaining to health, wellness, combat sports, and fitness.
• Work in the areas of personal training and group classes in your field of expertise, whether it be combat sports, yoga, or Pilates.
• Be part of the ground floor team, aiding in developing class styles and systems that are unique to Crowns Gym.
• Work within a fitness family that will grow in several areas, including community outreach, wellness events, combat-based courses, yoga-based events, and more.
• Ability and commitment to working early mornings, late evenings, weekdays, and weekends as necessary.
• Maintain the facility’s standards of cleanliness, machine maintenance, and the overall high standard that the Crowns brand is aligned with.
• Have knowledge of diet and supplementation available at the facility.
• Conduct energetic and engaging tours of the facility, highlighting our unique selling points, such as the largest martial arts space in South London.
• Carry out fitness assessments and create individualized programs.

• A passion for fitness and a desire to share how it has benefited your own life and the lives of your friends and family.
• A strong ability to work within a small, growing team as a ground-floor member who will have input on how the business is shaped.
• A commitment to continually upskill, improve your knowledge, and explore new avenues in your area of expertise.
• A person who can take direction and communicate clearly.
• Expertise in Jiu-Jitsu: A strong technical background and the ability to teach proper techniques to beginners and advanced practitioners.
• Yoga/Pilates certification with the ability to create restorative and strength-focused routines.
• Someone who can start by the beginning of February.
• Basic first aid and defibrillation qualifications.
• Ability to work with our social media manager to create content and build your profile.

Minimum Requirements to Be Shortlisted:

• A full list of qualifications and the relevant governing bodies where they were attained.
• We will request two references to be checked as part of the interview process.
• Proof of first aid and defibrillation qualifications.
• Proof of previous employment(s).
