Job Description

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager to work nights on an office refurbishment / fit out in Leeds. This role is due to start on 7th April.

The Role

The project is a Fit Out on a live Head Office. It will be a 6 month project doing general refurbishments such as:

  1. Internal & external lighting upgrade
  2. Toilet refurbishment
  3. Ceiling time renewal
  4. Internal & external decoration
  5. Other refurb elements the client confirms

Hours of work are 6pm - 6am but could alter depending on client's request.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
  2. Dealing with labour and subcontractors
  3. Orders
  4. RAMS
Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working on live fit out projects

Experience of working on office fit outs

CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and water industry certification

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position
