First Line Manager - Ecom

We are Hiring on behalf of DHL for a First Line Manager for our Ecommerce Division.

The role is based in Stafford.

As an Ecom FLM you will be required to:

1. Support the Shift Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation, meeting goals and objectives.
2. Ensure company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced.
3. Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills.
4. Contribute to site continuous improvement agenda.
5. High level of data entry and analytics of customer systems.

Your experience:

1. Previous Management experience required.
2. Warehouse experience desired.
3. High data entry skills.
4. Excel knowledge.

Working Times/Days:

Monday to Friday.

PAYE Rate - £29,000.
