  1. Coordinate and provide support and information on the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
  2. Support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards.
  3. Individual Management.

  1. Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  2. All licenses and training operating on that site or area (i.e. LSHC requirements, sector or dangerous goods, etc).
  3. Good balance of results and respect approach.
  4. Ability to drive standards within the direct team.
