Fire & Security Business Services Manager - Epping - £40,000

The Business Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative, operational, and support functions of the business. This role ensures efficient service delivery across departments, optimizes business processes, and supports strategic objectives while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  2. Manage office administration, procurement, and facilities to support business needs.
  3. Develop and implement business policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  5. Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
  6. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships.
  8. Ensure the business complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and legal requirements.
  9. Oversee health and safety policies and workplace compliance.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  11. Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
  12. Work closely with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  13. Act as a point of contact for business services and operational support.
