Job Description:

Fire & Security 3D AutoCAD Designer - Home Based with UK-wide travel as required

Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We are currently looking to appoint a new 3D AutoCAD Designer. This will be a remote based role requiring UK wide travel, with occasional presence at our offices in Risley, Derbyshire.

Basic Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance: subject to candidate preference £425 per month

Responsibilities:

• Technically engineer the design and as-fitted information through the life of the projects from receipt of order to completion and handover.
• Liaise with key clients to ensure programme deadlines are met.
• Provide technical expertise to support the installation teams on projects as required.
• Work in Revit 2023 and provide a 3D RVT model.
• Work in ACC environment live with all other consultants.
• Publish and share model on a weekly basis.
• Work in Revizto and synchronize the model to the platform weekly.
• Ensure all drawings are produced in Revit 3D.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with the Designer / Customer on Variations to the design.
• Ensure adherence to Marlowe Quality Process and Procedures and HSE standards.

Requirements:

Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for candidates who offer:

• Technical knowledge of Major fire & security systems and projects.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CAD engineering projects.
• Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel UK wide as required.
