We are growing our Fire Science team and are now looking to recruit a Technician to join our London based Laboratory team.
Working within our Fire Science team, this role will be a key support to the Laboratory Manager in administrative and regulatory tasks, primarily calibrating and maintaining the complex equipment used by Fire Services in the UK.
We are looking for a determined candidate with a Scientific degree (preferably in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or Physics) and a good knowledge of chemistry and chemical hazards. You will have the confidence and ability to communicate scientific concepts and information at all levels. We will need you to be self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable liaising with clients and promoting our services externally. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
