Fire Safety Coach

THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver Introduction Modules and Professional development modules to all apprentices.
2. Provide coaching, tutoring and mentoring support in Fire Safety on a one to one.
3. Develop tailored training/workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
4. Identify learners' strengths and weaknesses through analysing initial assessments of prior learning and create the training plan accordingly.
5. Provide progress feedback to learners and support them to meet their learning goals/targets.
6. Ensure each learner's progression is recorded and monitored efficiently.
7. Support learners to collate and prepare for End Point Assessment.
8. Plan and lead the standardisation programme for all our clients' mentors.
9. Participate in the development, advancement, and promotion of our clients' profile.
10. Maintain professional competency as identified in the our clients' staff CPD Policy.
11. Perform any other reasonable activity necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Company.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

1. To hold relevant subject qualifications Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety.
2. To hold a recognised teaching qualification PTLLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent.
3. Experience in supporting adult learners is desired.
4. Demonstrable good IT skills.
5. Experience and confidence with delivering learning remotely.
