Job title: Fire Risk Assessor

Location: Oxfordshire and London area

Package: £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience and qualifications, mileage at HMRC rates, NEST pension, 28 days annual leave

About our client:

Are you looking for a new opportunity with a one of a kind company in the Fire Safety world? Our client runs a bespoke Fire Safety company based out of the Oxfordshire and London area.

Our client is entrusted by many blue-chip organisations and works within an array of schools, colleges, local authorities, and commercial businesses. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced FRA to conduct assessments for their clients in exchange for a great work-life balance and to be a part of a very welcoming team.

The job:

1. Conduct thorough compartmentation fire risk assessments on schools, various types of commercial premises, some heritage buildings, offices, and a small amount of housing.
2. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments.

Essential Requirements:

1. Diploma in Fire Risk Assessments.
2. Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.
3. Strong understanding of building regulations and fire safety standards.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desirable Experience:

1. Familiarity with building materials and construction techniques.
