£36,372 - £44,180 per year
plus Company car or Car Buyout of £7,552 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to join our Fire and Security team, based in the North region predominantly covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. You will be working in a team of 4 primarily carrying out fire risk assessments and also assisting in carrying out secondary inspections of pre and post remedial works for the full portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of safety are maintained. This will be a balance of site and home working.
Our Compliance team are responsible for managing compliance responsibilities consisting of fire risk assessments to ensure properties comply with legislation with our priority being the safety of our residents.
