35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their Fire and Security team based in Banbury, covering the Midlands area. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the safety of residents by carrying out comprehensive fire risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct fire risk assessments in various residential and commercial properties.
2. Identify and evaluate fire hazards, and recommend safety measures.
3. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings.
4. Provide expert advice on fire safety regulations and compliance.
5. Work closely with clients to implement fire safety solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor.
2. Relevant certifications in fire safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IFSM).
3. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
