Fire Protection Surveyor- East Midlands

Logical are working with a medium sized fire protection company based in the East Midlands area, they have won an exceptional amount of business and are looking for a Fire Door Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities includes:

• Perform detailed surveys of fire doors in various buildings, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
• Inspect and evaluate fire doors for compliance with local, national, and international fire safety standards.
• Accurately document and record the condition of each fire door, noting any deficiencies, damage, or areas of non-compliance.
• Advise clients on cost-effective solutions and options for addressing identified issues.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of fire doors to meet or exceed safety standards.

Must have:

• 3 Years+ experience as a Fire Door Surveyor.
• Have a full licence and be happy to travel around East Midlands.
• £35K-£45K (salary review every year with an increase of 3%-7.5% depending on performance).
