Job description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Fire Project Manager to join their team within a housing association in Swansea on a long term contract. In return for your hard work and knowledge you will be rewarded with hybrid working and business miles.
They are passionate about individual and company growth, seeking an experienced fire project manager to help deliver commercial and residential projects maintaining healthy budgets. The successful candidate will get to see the impact and improvements you deliver to clients and the team every day, playing a rewarding and influential role.
Fire Project Manager benefits:

Fire Project Manager main duties:
  • Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams, liaising with tenants and site visits
  • Working closely with the design team on multiple projects
  • Control individual contract progress, focusing completion within time frames and budget
  • Ensure all necessary contract documentation / reports are accurate and produced on time
  • Attend both internal and client meetings to review performance and future planning of works
  • The running of projects from PO receipt all the way through to completion handover

Fire Project Manager qualifications / experience:
  • Must hold a full driving licence and their own vehicle
  • Must have prior experience managing fire projects
  • You will have a strong technical fire protection background
  • Have up to date and relevant knowledge of passive fire legislation
