Driver / Fire Door Inspector: Training provided by a leading Property Management Company. Remote working / Home Based.

Our leading Property Management client is seeking to recruit a new Driver / Fire Door Inspector to join the business on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Health and Safety department, you will conduct Fire Door assessments directly on private residential developments across the North Midlands and North West, create reports and recommendations, and support the wider H and S department with Fire Safety preventative advice and observations.

• Remote / Hybrid working
• Full training / funded qualifications provided
• Vehicle / Fuel / Equipment provided
• GBP25k neg + Car allowance GBP4200 (GBP29200 total) + 25 days holiday + bank holiday + birthday leave
• Excellent working conditions with admin support

• Inspect / Survey Fire Doors and Fire prevention equipment in selected buildings
• Provide findings / reports in a timely manner
• Provide a list of recommendations associated with inspections
• Conduct/attend regular training and team meetings
• Assist in team's overall performance and KPIs
• Assist wider H and S team with workloads
• Cover colleagues' holidays as needed

• Experience working with Fire Doors, fire systems, or general property inspections (not essential)
• Strong communication skills
• Keen to develop a career and qualifications
• Full driving license / use of own car (Car allowance and fuel provided)
• Fire industry qualifications would be an advantage (if not, will be funded)
• Keen to learn, develop, and progress
• Positive attitude
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Remote working / own transport (car allowance provided)
