Location: North + East London
As an FRA Carpenter in the Fire Team within Property Services you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out door upgrade work and installing certified fire door sets across housing properties.
- Ensuring all work complies with BM TRADA standards, with full training provided as needed.
- Completing detailed paperwork in compliance with BM TRADA requirements.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for Passive Works and working within a small, specialised team.
A company van (for business use), uniform, and PPE will be provided. Jobs are dispatched to your PDA, and you will begin each day from your home address.
Working in a range of social housing environments.
